ARZ Service GmbH is a prescription billing centre for local pharmacies. Our services include:

• Prescription billing (Rezeptabrechnung) with the payers
• Checking and verification of prescriptions with DataScan prior to submission
• Flexible payout solutions (FlexPayment)
• Digital customer portals with transparent status updates
• The ApoSync app for pharmacy teams
• id.EXPRESS terminals and support with the eRezept and telematics infrastructure

We take great care to ensure the accuracy, security and timeliness of our billing services.

• The correctness of billing also depends on complete and accurate prescription data provided by the pharmacy
• Statutory deadlines and payer requirements may affect processing times
• Specific service levels, deadlines and responsibilities are set out in the individual service agreement

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. The scope and terms of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement.

Your first consultation with ARZ Service is free of charge and carries no obligation to proceed with our services. During the consultation, we will:

• Discuss your pharmacy's billing needs and current situation
• Explain the services we offer
• Outline any fees that would apply if you decide to proceed
• Answer your questions about our billing process and onboarding

If you choose to engage our services, we will provide you with a clear fee schedule and a formal service agreement before any fees are charged.

The first consultation is free. Fees for our billing and related services depend on the scope, volume and complexity of your requirements. All fees will be explained clearly and transparently before you decide to proceed, and you will receive a written agreement.

ARZ Service provides billing services with due professional care based on the information and prescription data you provide. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, but we do not guarantee:

• The correctness of data supplied by the pharmacy or third parties
• Outcomes that depend on decisions or deadlines of the payers

Our liability is governed by the individual service agreement and applicable law. ARZ Service shall not be liable for losses arising from incomplete or incorrect data provided by the pharmacy, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business, personal and billing information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. We will not disclose your information to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• To service providers and payers bound by confidentiality obligations
• When required by law or regulation

These Terms of Service are governed by German law. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of ARZ Service in Germany.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified to existing clients. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
